Vanilla Bean Extract Kit

Make your own vanilla extract!  Each bottle contains three Madagascar vanilla beans.  Remove beans and slice lengthwise.  Return beans to bottle.  Add vodka or light rum, covering beans completely.  Let sit for four weeks, shaking bottle at least once a day during the four weeks.  After four weeks your extract is ready to use.  After each use add more of the vodka and rum, keeping beans covered.   Depending on your use, your beans will continue to make extract for years.
