Shipping policy

ORDER PROCESSING: Please allow 24 hours to process your order. Expect an email within 24 hours to let you know your order is on the way!

STORE PICKUP:  116 W. 6th St. Concordia, Kansas.   Orders can be picked up daily M-F, from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. If possible, we will have your order ready with-in two hours of receipt.  In a hurry?  Give us a call for even quicker service.  (785-243-4755)  An email will be sent when your order is ready for pickup.

HOW TO ORDER STORE PICKUP:  During checkout, enter your address and choose the ship option. Click the "continue to  shipping" button. Local delivery is available for addresses within 30 miles of our shop.  If the local delivery option does not show up during checkout, your order is not eligible for local delivery.  If you are passing through and would like an exception to pickup, please give us a call.  (785-243-4755)  Orders placed before 5:00 p.m. during store hours M-F 8:30a to 6:00p) may be picked up the same day. We are happy to bring your order to your car if needed.  Please notify us when you are parked.   An email will be sent as soon as your order is ready for pickup.

FLAT RATE SHIPPING  Orders are generally shipped within 24 hours and arrive within 2-7 days using UPS or USPS shipping.  A Flat rate shipping fee of $7.75 applies to most orders shipping to the United States.  We do not ship outside of the United States at this time.    We offer FREE SHIPPING on all orders over $75.

EXPRESS SHIPPING:  Express Shipping is available for an additional fee.  

DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES:  For some items a calculated shipping rate is used.  (Example: items shipping from factory direct, or items that are heavier or require special shipping such as food items.  We will contact you via email or phone to discuss additional shipping requirements if necessary.  If you have questions please give us a call.  We do not provide third-party billing.
