Crystal Expressions - Bluebird of Happiness

I needed a replacement for a crystal bird my daughter adored and lost, and these little cuties were the closest in resemblance to it. Their crystal bodies are well made without sharp edges and I found no scratches or anything out of the ordinary. I will say that the eyes were badly placed. The hot glue used to attatch them was globbed on and one of them (I bought two) lost an eye as soon as I carefully unboxed it. I ended up removing all 4 eyes and supergluing them on, which has worked wonders. The hot glue removed easily.

One other thing, and this is definitely our fault as they aren't intended to be toys, but the string to one of them snapped after two days. I do think my daughter was spinning it around on her finger, which is a lot for these strings to endure. If you want to hang these in a windy area or maybe have cats? I'd reinforce the strings somehow. I ended up removing the screw eyes and they're now precious crystal friends for my daughter! They're absolutely adorable 🥰
